Hi, I’m Sean!

I’m 20 years old, I’m from Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and I record and build sound for film. I’m a student at SCAD, working toward a BFA in Sound Design with a minor in Film and Television. Neither is finished yet. I’m still working on both.

I’ve always wanted to work in the film industry. Sound design is where I found my calling. Specifically sound effects editing and location sound. I’ve already worked on a feature film and plenty of student films.

What I Do

Production Sound Mixing

Running the sound cart on set. Every source mixed into a clean, editable set of tracks that post can actually use.

Location Sound Recording

Capturing usable dialogue and atmosphere in real places. Houses, streets, woods and cars were never built to be recorded in.

Sound Effects Editing

Building the effects track. Cutting, layering and syncing every sound the picture needs but did not record.

Dialogue Editing

Cleaning and smoothing the dialogue track so the performance survives the cut and nothing distracts from it.
